Since graduating in 2014, my words have been read (or heard!) by hundreds of thousands of people. I’ve had the privilege of working on many different projects, from writing blogs and paid advertising for large corporate clients to co-writing a script for a major theatre production. Since toured across the UK, the show has also performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Off-Broadway in New York City.

I’ve always believed that the key to writing good content is just like the key to writing a good song – if you make it relatable, interesting, and engaging, then your audience will take care of the rest. You can have all the SEO optimisation you like, but if you don’t give your audience a good reason to carry on reading, you might as well have not bothered putting the metaphorical pen to paper.

“Jon has been working for us over the last 5 years and has been a
Adam Hughes, Director of LastMinuteMusicians Ltd
fantastic addition to our team. He is a very experienced content
creator and regularly publishes articles for our web site
http://www.lastminutemusicians.com and has recently been helping us with
optimised content for our new website http://www.gigheaven.com. He is a
pleasure to work with and always meets deadlines with little to no
instruction needed from us. I can thoroughly recommend him for
whatever writing projects you may have – if you need to get in touch
with me to verify this please do.”
While my primary experience is in the world of music and entertainment, I’m always looking for new creative outlets. I’m passionate about all sorts of things – from politics to literature, and movie dialogue to really, really good bourbon.
I’m more than happy to discuss any and all projects, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
